AFTER PEDAGOGICAL PLANNING
Well, as the person in the video says, when teaching a large group of students, the teachers need to be well organized with everything, they have to plan very well their classes and expect situations that happen with students, unexpected situation like when students misbehave, or something goes wrong. The teachers’ lesson plans have to be very clear and well structured so that he won’t have problems at the moment of developing the class. The teachers have to discover student’s needs and abilities so they do not have to assign homework at the very beginning.
CLASSROOM LEARNING SYSTEM
First, the classroom has to be well organized, and it has to have all the material needed to teach. The physical space is really necessary because students need to be able to move from a place to another, and they need space to develop group activities. The teachers have to encourage students participate in all the activities, and they also have to consider volunteering because there are some students who really enjoy to participate, and teachers do not need to push them.
STUDENT BEHAVIOR
The teachers have to respect students; they have to be a clear model. If the teacher respects all students, the students will respect them too, but if a student does not respect the teacher, he or she will have the right to talk to him in order to stop that kind of behavior. The teachers have to establish rules and paste them on the wall. The teachers have to respect and make students respect the rules established inn the classroom. When a student misbehaves, the teachers have to investigate the reasons why that situation happened before punishing the students.
The teachers have to treat all the students the same way. He has to be a good teacher and a good friend for all the students.
I think this these factors suggested in the video can work in our country because there are teachers who like to work with large groups, and they can manage all the students. In my life of student, I have had teachers who have applied these three factors when teaching groups of 50 students, and I think teachers have to take into account these factors because they are very important to succeed with large groups of students. I think some of these suggestions are not needed when teaching large groups of adult students because adult`s behavior is very different. They are more interested in learning or they are learning because they really want to learn and they know it will be useful in the future.

INTERNET TOOLS
I think using internet tools when teaching English is really important because nowadays, internet has become really necessary in the different fields of our lives, and education is not the exception. Internet has to become a necessary source for English teachers because we can find a lot of activities that can help students understand or develop the different skills used in English. For example: when I am using internet, two hours or three seem to be just one because I feel very motivated and I never get bored.
Some people say that teachers cannot live without internet, but I think that internet makes life easier because when you need something, you just start surfing and you find whatever you want. In the past, people did not use internet and the teaching and learning process was successful because they really liked to read books. It means that we have changed the reading habit by the use of internet. In my case, I get bored when reading boring books, but I never get bored even though when I am reading boring topic through internet.

The first one is the intrapersonal intelligence because there are lots of people who use internet to make friends, and they have friends only through internet when at school, they are very quiet, they don’t like to talk with their classmates. Language is contextualized when children learn language skills in a familiar place, doing well known activities; it means that the students can learn different skills by performing real activities. An example would be a young child helping his or her mother to clean the house. The child learns about windows, chairs, sofas, doors and other house items by being immersed in that world. The child uses the context of the house to more freely commit any new words about kitchen items to memory. The teachers need to be creative when using contextualized language because he has to make students talk about here and now by referencing people, objects and action present in the immediate context. Students need to feel they are performing activities or talking about the real world. When using contextualized language, students feel more comfortable and motivated, and they learn better because they learn about different things by touching or seeing them. Some teachers apply contextual language support to their students when teaching new strategies or new words, but many don't. School children often have to learn new concepts in the absence of contextual supports. For example, students may have to learn the names of capital cities around the world; they're sometimes expected to do this without the aid of maps of foreign countries, pictures of the cities, or any other media.
I think, contextualized language can be applied in our reality, but as I said before, teachers have to be creative and look for the necessary sources to teach students in an interesting way, in a way that students feel learning a new language is really funny. CREATING A POSITIVE CLASSROOM CLIMATE
Establish rapport:
As we know, the teacher has to create a close relationship with his students in a way that can respect and trust on him. The teacher has to be for the students a companion in every moment of the learning process , he has to be a good friend, he has to help students when needed, for example if the student has problems with his parents, the teacher has to provide some pieces of advices. The teacher has to play, smile learn and cry with the students if it is possible.
The worst mistake a teacher makes is to discriminate or not to care of students. Sometimes, teachers care more about students from the opposite sex, and the other part feels uncomfortable.
Balance praise and criticism:
The teacher has to care about what students do in order to help them to be more optimists when they are developing an activity, but you have to be the same with all the students. It is important to mention that students need to be criticized when they make a mistake. If we don’t correct their mistakes, it will affect them in the future.
Generate energy:

YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WHEN TEACHING TEENS BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY PROBLEMATIC. THEY ARE IN THE MOST DIFFICULT STAGE OF THEIR LIVES. THEY ARE INTERESTED IN SOME SPECIFIC TOPICS LIKE SEX, BEAUTY, FASHION, ETC. ALTHOUGH THEY ARE PROBLEMATIC, THEY ARE VERY INTELLIGENT, AND THEY OWN A WONDERFUL POSSITIVE ENERGY THAT THEY UTILIZE DOING BAD THINGS. TEACHERS HAVE TO BE CREATIVE IN ORDER TO HELP THEM TO USE THIS POSSITIVE ENERGY DOING GOOD THINGS. THEY CAN ASSIGN STUDENTS DIFFERENT KIND OF ACTIVITIES SO THAT THEY WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO BE G BAD THINGS IN THE CLASS.

TEACHERS NEED TO BE AS FRIENDS WITH THEIR STUDENTS SO THAT HE WILL BE ABLE TO CONTROL THEM AND CONTROL THE CLASS.
I WOULD LIKE TO TEACH TEENS BECAUSE THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED ON LEARNING NEW THINGS AND LEARNING A NEW LANGUAGE IS SOMETHING THEY REALLY LOVE. SOME STUDENTS SEEM NOT TO BE INTERESTED ON LEARNING A NEW LANGUAGE, BUT WE HAVE TO ENGAGE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL THE ACTIVITIES.
TEACHING ADULTS IS SOMETHING REALLY WONDERFUL WHEN THE TEACHER KNOWS A LOT ABOUT THE COURSE HE IS TEACHING. AS ADUTS ARE WELL EDUCATED, CLASSES ARE REALLY INTERESTING BECAUSE THEY ENJOY PARTICIPATING IN CLASS. IT IS A FACT THAT SOMETIMES TEACHERS DO NOT TEACH BECAUSE ADULT STUDENTS SHARE THEIR KNOWLAGDE TO EACH OTHER AND THE TEACHER IS JUST A GUIDE.

Audio-lingual method: It is really interesting that students learn grammar rules when they are listening different conversations. I think this approach is really important because students have o repeat what they listen. In that way, students learn pronunciation, new vocabulary and they learn to develop their speaking ad listening skills. For some students, it will be boring to repeat and repeat what the teacher says, but it is the teacher’s job to engage them in those activities.
Whole Method: I think every body has noticed that there are some similarities in some methods and all methods have some advantages and some disadvantages. I think this method is very useful in order to help students to develop different skills such as comprehension, understanding new words through context, analysis, pronunciation, etc, but also students learn about general topic at the same time they are learning English. I really think it helps to develop writing and reading skills but it is important to include some listening and speaking activities in order to help them to be more integral in their learning.
TPR: I think this method is better for kids because they seem really interested when the teacher is dynamic. They enjoy making gestures and they understand body language. As a disadvantage of this approach, I can say that some students are not good at understanding body language and It will be really boring for them these kind of lasses. They could thing that it is really boring to learn a new language and they as young people will think that they are not able to learn it.

I am going to talk about content based instruction, and I think it is really important to know that students need to be interested in what they are going to do or what they are going to read. In this way, it will be easier for them to learn a new language. There are lots of activities we can work with students in this approach. We can find reading, listening, writing and speaking activities that can help us to develop a class, but we have to take into account that the first purpose of this approach is to teach students about a specific content, and the second purpose is to teach them the new language. Students need to be engaged in all the activities because they are who want and need to learn.
Teacher’s roll is really hard because they have to provide all the material to students, and he also has to be the one who knows about the topic and the target language. Let´s imagine that students are interested in science fiction; we have to investigate about this topic even if we really hate it, and give students all the material needed.

There are some students who don’t like to be doing the same activities in all the classes, so we have to change from activity to activity and make them to participate. Hello everyone!
This time, I am going to talk about the two approaches our classmates explained last Wednesday.
I think that the situational language teaching is very essential when we want to learn just to speak a language because as Enrique said, this approach emphasizes in speaking skill and grammar structures is like the second purpose.
I really like this approach, because the material is first taught orally and finally it is presented in a written way. It helps students to improve their listening skill, and they are getting accustomed to listening what the teacher presents, and they have the opportunity to correct their mistakes when the teacher presents them the material in a written way.
I agree when it says that learning a new language is a habit formation. It is a fact that we are going to learn a new language only if we practice it day by day. In this approach, students have to apply the target language in every situation of their lives, and it is something that really helps, because they are practicing and practicing. It is the way they are going to learn the new language, and we as English learners can do it too.
The natural approach is kind of similar with the situational language teaching, because it focuses more on communicative skills. I think that it is really important to learn grammar structures and any other area included in language learning. It is important to have a balance in listening, writing and speaking because it happen with people who learn English in the United States that they can speak the language, but they are really bad in grammar structures.
Another important thing in this approach is that classes are begun with listening activities. I remember when I started learning English; the teacher never presented listening activities for us to start getting accustomed to listening native English speakers.
It is important to mention that students are not forced to speak at the very beginning of the course. It is better when they discover that it is important to speak the target language or the teacher looks for the moment to make them speak.

Hello again!
Hello teacher! It is a pleasure to write again, and this time I want to talk about the importance of the three methods that my classmates explained. First of all, I want to say that I really like the direct method because in this method students interact more with the teacher, it is not allowed to speak their native language, and it is something really important because students feel that it is really important to learn English in order to participate in class. Another important thing is that some topics are developed. In this way, students learn some other things about foreign cultures, and they are able to give their own opinions.
This method has many advantages, and I think that teachers have to give the topic. Then, they have to explain the grammar structures included in the topic. It will help students to learn more about grammar structures. I thing we can apply this method with people of different ages.
Suggestopedia is a method that can work with children because they really like to learn through singing. In my case, I don’t like to sing and it is because I can’t. It is really important that errors are corrected gently, but I think that errors have to be corrected on this way it doesn’t matter what kind of method we are applying.
I really don’t like the silent method. The word “gives me an idea that classes are really boring” but I can it depends on the kind of teacher who is teaching. I will always stand my opinion that it is better to mix good things of different methods and it will help us to become good teachers.

hello teacher and class!
Hello teacher!
I am really happy because we started another period and I guess it will be really important to become a real student. We are almost to finish our third year of our career and we have to be more and more responsible.
We are going to study interesting subjects in which we are going to learn new things that are going to help us to be more efficient in our English career.
Didactics in English is really important and I hope to learn different methods or techniques that are going to help us to be excellent teachers. We have to learn different methods because as teachers, we are going to have students who are going to learn not in the same way. There are students who learn through reading, some others learn through listening, watching, etc.
I guess everything will be ok and we are going to work as a group.
